We at IBF stand behind the quality of our products and services. Your complete satisfaction is our top priority!

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply contact Customer Support within 10 days from the date you receive your order (or the date it was scheduled to arrive), return the order in its entirety and we will issue credit or refund the full purchase price of the product(s) in question, excluding shipping and processing costs.

We take great pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction, however certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by the guarantee.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

  • Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors in the material that you submit to us.
  • Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
  • Design errors made by you in the job order process.
  • Errors in user-selected options such as choice of finish, quantity or product type.
  • Damage to the products arising after delivery to the end user.
  • Colors and sizes as they appear on the computer screen of the end user during the ordering process prior to processing, as compared to the finished products.
  • Please preview your images carefully and make any corrections prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, we do not proof images edited by the end users prior to processing. We only prepare each image for the media selected during the ordering process.

If you have an issue with your purchase please contact us to let us know about the problem.  Please provide as much information as possible including how you would like to see the issue resolved. If your concerns  involve an appearance issue please include photos to help explain the issue.
